| Job Responsibilities: | The Cluster Business Leader is responsible for driving acquisition of New-to-Bank Business Banking MSME clients in line with the business strategy of the cluster. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, building SME relationships, and leading a team to deliver strategic goals. |
| Qualification | Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s in Financial Management (preferred). |
| Certifications | CA/CFA preferred; AMFI/NCFM/IRDA certifications are an added advantage. |
| Experience | Total Experience: 8–14 years in Banking/NBFC. Relevant Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in a similar leadership role. Specialization: Strong exposure in Working Capital, LAP, and Mortgages. |
