The role requires deep expertise in financial markets, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices, along with leadership capabilities to guide the risk function in alignment with the Bank’s strategic objectives. |
| Qualifications & Experience | Postgraduate in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM preferred. 12+ years of experience in Market Risk Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a bank or financial institution. |
| Skills | Strong understanding of financial products, derivatives, and market dynamics. Proficiency in risk modeling, stress testing, and quantitative analysis. Knowledge of Basel III/IV and RBI market risk frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Advanced Excel, VBA, and risk analytics tool proficiency (e.g., Murex, Bloomberg). |
