| Experience | 10–12 years in credit risk management and underwriting. Proven experience in leading large teams across multiple branches. |
| Skills | Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, ratios. Knowledge of collateral, legal and technical risk, and industry analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage change, coach teams, and deliver on quality standards. |
