| Job description | 1.Market Assessment & Business Development Conduct market research to analyze consumers, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Participate in client and promoter meetings to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts and prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth. Manage complex client relationships independently, under the guidance of Senior Relationship Managers/Team Leaders. 2.Revenue Generation Identify new sales opportunities using a sector-driven relationship approach. Enhance sales and revenue from new and existing customers to achieve set targets. Focus on product/industry-specific opportunities while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and relationship managers. 3.Portfolio Management & Deal Structuring Support in structuring/restructuring deals to meet clients’ financial requirements. Conduct research and prepare data for credit proposals aligned with customer needs. Coordinate with CAD and relevant stakeholders for timely proposal approvals and execution. 4.Credit Appraisal Perform detailed credit assessments and prepare CAMs (Credit Appraisal Memos). Work closely with Risk Management to ensure compliance with credit guidelines. |
