| Job Responsibilities: | 1. Market Assessment & Business Development Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, competition, and market conditions for identifying new business opportunities. Participate in discussions with key customers, promoters, and prospects to understand their needs and propose suitable financial solutions. Build, manage, and enhance relationships with key accounts and prospective clients to ensure business continuity and growth. Independently manage complex customer relationships under the guidance of Senior Relationship Managers/Team Leaders. 2. Revenue Generation Identify new sales opportunities using a sector-driven relationship approach to drive revenue from new and existing clients. Target industry/product-specific business opportunities to achieve assigned budgets and financial objectives. Ensure seamless coordination between customers and the relationship team for improved customer experience and business conversion. 3. Portfolio Management & Deal Structuring Support in structuring and restructuring deals to address client financial requirements effectively. Conduct research and gather data to prepare credit proposals aligned with customer needs. Coordinate with CAD and other stakeholders for efficient processing, approval, and follow-up of proposals. 4. Credit Appraisal Perform credit assessment and prepare CAMs through detailed financial analysis. Liaise with Risk Management teams to ensure compliance with credit norms and guidelines. |
