| Job description | 1.Relationship Management Manage banking and investment relationships, driving overall growth of liabilities and investment business from branch/retail customers. Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by delivering superior service to high-value clients. Identify potential opportunities within customer relationships to increase revenue and business volumes. 2.Business Development Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments. Increase CASA balances through customer acquisition and portfolio deepening. Drive higher product and channel penetration to maximize customer wallet share. 3.Customer Engagement Maintain portfolio quality by regularly engaging with mapped clients. Act as the face of the bank, ensuring service and sales satisfaction of assigned customers. 4.Investment Advisory Analyze customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment and insurance products with transparency. Generate fee income through mutual funds, investments, and insurance. 5.Audit & Compliance Ensure adherence to the Bank’s acquisition, BSA/KYC policies, and regulatory requirements (RBI/SEBI/AMFI/IRDA, etc.). |
