| Job description | Source quality current accounts with higher product mix (CASA variants), segments, and constitution mix. Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets. Cross-sell Banking, Asset, and TPP products to acquired customers. Maintain strong customer relationships and generate referrals. Ensure correct product offering, account opening within defined TAT, high FTR, M+1 activation, and encourage usage of account for transactions. Proactively register and activate customers on direct banking channels. Support Cluster Sales Leader Business (CSLB) in catchment mapping & scoping exercises. Provide regular feedback to CSLB/seniors on customer needs, opportunities, and competition benchmarking. Adhere to organizational selling norms, regulatory guidelines, sales processes, and KYC norms. |
