| Job description | 1. Relationship Management Manage banking and investment relationships, ensuring overall growth of Liabilities & Investment business from branch/retail customers. Develop, manage, and expand customer relationships by delivering service levels exceeding client expectations. Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue opportunities to increase wallet share. 2. Generating Incremental Business Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments. Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial products to existing and potential customers. Increase CASA balance through account deepening or acquisition. Drive higher product and channel penetration to maximize relationship value. 3. Customer Engagement Maintain portfolio quality by engaging regularly with each mapped customer. Act as the first point of contact, ensuring service excellence and sales satisfaction. 4. Investments Analyze customer financial needs and recommend suitable products with transparency. Drive revenue through fee-based products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance. 5. Audit & Compliance Ensure adherence to Bank policies on acquisition, BSA, and KYC. Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements (RBI, SEBI, AMFI, IRDA, etc.). |
