| Job description | Source quality current accounts with a higher product mix (CASA variants), segments, and constitution mix. Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets. Cross-sell Banking, Asset, and TPP products to newly acquired customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring referrals. Ensure correct product offering, timely account opening (within defined TAT), high FTR, M+1 activation, and regular follow-up for business transactions. Proactively register and activate customers on direct banking channels. Assist Cluster Sales Leader Business (CSLB) in catchment mapping, scoping exercises, and provide feedback on opportunities, customer needs, and competition benchmarking. Adhere to organizational sales norms, regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and prescribed sales processes. |
