| Job description | Source quality current accounts with focus on higher CASA variants, segments, and constitution mix. Achieve monthly customer acquisition targets. Cross-sell banking and asset products to new customers. Cross-sell TPP products to acquired customers. Maintain strong customer relationships and generate referrals. Ensure right product fit for customers, timely account opening (within defined TAT), high FTR, M+1 activation, and drive account usage for business transactions. Proactively register and activate acquired customers on direct banking channels. Support Cluster Sales Leader Business (CSLB) in catchment mapping, scoping exercises, and provide feedback on opportunities, customer needs, and competition benchmarking. Comply with sales norms, organizational guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to sales processes and KYC norms of the bank. |
