Job Description
YES BANK is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Relationship Manager – Yes First to join our team in pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships, growing the liabilities and investment business, and delivering superior service and financial solutions to affluent retail customers. This role involves a strong focus on business development, portfolio deepening, and cross-selling banking and investment products.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Manage and grow banking and investment relationships with premium clients
- Deliver superior service exceeding client expectations for Yes First customers
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and maximize wallet share
Business Generation
- Achieve sales targets across liabilities, retail assets, forex, cards, and investments
- Proactively sell the full range of banking products to current and potential customers
- Enhance CASA balances through acquisition and deepening strategies
- Drive product and digital channel penetration across the portfolio
Customer Engagement
- Maintain relationship quality and engagement with all mapped clients
- Serve as the first point of contact for service and sales-related matters, Investment Advisory
- Analyze customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment products
- Generate fee income through mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party products
Audit & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance with regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, AMFI, IRDA, etc.)
- Comply with KYC/AML/BSA and onboarding standards
Required Skills
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in sales or relationship management in banking/financial services
- Ability to manage a portfolio of affluent clients and deliver revenue growth
- Sound knowledge of banking, investment, and insurance products
