Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Yes Premia to join our team at the Thippasandra, Bangalore Metropolitan Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-value customer relationships, driving business growth, and offering superior service across banking and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Manage banking and investment relationships with retail customers.
  • Drive overall growth in liabilities and investment business.
  • Deepen customer engagement through exceptional service delivery.
  • Identify and tap into new revenue opportunities to expand the customer wallet share.

Business Development

  • Achieve sales targets across liabilities, assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investment products.
  • Proactively offer the full range of financial products to both existing and prospective customers.
  • Increase CASA balances by acquiring and deepening customer relationships.
  • Enhance product and channel penetration across mapped portfolios.

Customer Engagement

  • Regularly interact with customers to maintain portfolio quality and strengthen relationships.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service and sales-related needs of mapped clients.

Investment Advisory

  • Assess customers’ financial needs and offer suitable investment and insurance solutions.
  • Generate fee income through mutual funds and investment product sales.

Audit & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (RBI/SEBI/IRDA/AMFI, etc.).
  • Define and monitor performance goals in alignment with business objectives.
  • Take ownership of self-development and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Adhere to risk and control frameworks to mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
  • Support internal audits by maintaining accurate records and processes.
