| Stakeholder Coordination | Coordinate with CAD and internal teams for timely approval and execution of proposals |
| Credit Appraisal | Perform detailed credit assessment and prepare CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo) |
| Risk Coordination | Work closely with Risk Management team to ensure compliance with credit guidelines |
| Documentation & Compliance | Ensure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and adherence to policies and processes |
| Internal Coordination | Collaborate with business units for smooth transaction processing and quick turnaround |
| Performance Management | Set and monitor annual goals in coordination with reporting manager |
| Learning & Development | Identify skill gaps and continuously upgrade knowledge through training and professional development |
