Portfolio ManagementManage and grow corporate client portfolio under guidance of senior managers
Deal StructuringStructure and restructure financial deals to meet complex corporate client requirements
Credit Proposal PreparationConduct research and prepare detailed credit proposals aligned with client needs
Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with CAD and internal teams for timely approval and execution of proposals
Credit AppraisalPerform detailed credit assessment and prepare CAM (Credit Appraisal Memo)
Risk CoordinationWork closely with Risk Management team to ensure compliance with credit guidelines
Documentation & ComplianceEnsure accurate documentation, CRM updates, and adherence to policies and processes
Internal CoordinationCollaborate with business units for smooth transaction processing and quick turnaround
Performance ManagementSet and monitor annual goals in coordination with reporting manager
Learning & DevelopmentIdentify skill gaps and continuously upgrade knowledge through training and professional development
Industry AwarenessStay updated with industry trends, new techniques, and financial market developments
