| Job Responsibilities: | Follow safe operating procedures and act as first responder during emergencies. Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and maintain housekeeping standards. Support contract workmen in safe operations. Monitor and control field equipment as per SOPs and LLF/ODR checklists. Coordinate with shift teams for smooth plant operations. Collect and deliver samples for lab testing; report abnormalities promptly. Handle equipment handover/takeover and perform basic troubleshooting or maintenance. Conduct condition monitoring and contribute to waste reduction initiatives. Operate equipment efficiently and suggest process improvements. Follow TQM, EFQM, QCC, 5S, and other safety management practices. Maintain accurate shift logs and assist as a member of the Auxiliary Fire Squad. |
| Qualification | B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry or related discipline)related field OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering |
| Experience | Freshers eligible (No prior experience required) |
| Skills | Strong commitment to safety and housekeeping. Ability to maintain and inspect fire and safety equipment. Proficiency in maintaining field logbooks and LLF checklists. Proper segregation and disposal of plant waste. Basic understanding of equipment health monitoring. Willingness to undertake training and continuously develop skills. |
