| Role Overview | Lead and manage client engagements in healthcare commercial due diligence (CDD), advising corporate groups, private equity funds, and financial sponsors on acquisition, divestiture, and investment decisions. |
| Key Responsibilities | – Build and maintain strong client and team relationships- Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis- Review business plans, partner evaluation, synergy assessment, and strategic recommendations- Deliver healthcare sector expertise in engagements and proposals- Lead multiple workstreams and a team of 3-4 consultants- Develop non-project collaterals: POVs, research papers, white papers- Support business development: proposals, pitching, credentials- Drive operational efficiency in billing, collections, and project delivery- Client-facing role involving interaction with CXOs and investment teams |
| Educational & Experience Requirements | – 7+ years in strategy, CDD, GTM strategy, M&A advisory, or growth strategy engagements- 4+ years healthcare experience (consulting or industry) across hospitals, diagnostics, med-tech, health-tech- Experience with private equity clients, Indian and global healthcare companies- Postgraduate degree in management from Tier-1 Indian or global business school- Strong analytical, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills |
