Role OverviewLead and manage client engagements in healthcare commercial due diligence (CDD), advising corporate groups, private equity funds, and financial sponsors on acquisition, divestiture, and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities– Build and maintain strong client and team relationships- Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis- Review business plans, partner evaluation, synergy assessment, and strategic recommendations- Deliver healthcare sector expertise in engagements and proposals- Lead multiple workstreams and a team of 3-4 consultants- Develop non-project collaterals: POVs, research papers, white papers- Support business development: proposals, pitching, credentials- Drive operational efficiency in billing, collections, and project delivery- Client-facing role involving interaction with CXOs and investment teams
Educational & Experience Requirements– 7+ years in strategy, CDD, GTM strategy, M&A advisory, or growth strategy engagements- 4+ years healthcare experience (consulting or industry) across hospitals, diagnostics, med-tech, health-tech- Experience with private equity clients, Indian and global healthcare companies- Postgraduate degree in management from Tier-1 Indian or global business school- Strong analytical, financial, communication, and problem-solving skills
