| Job Responsibilities: | We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Product Analyst – Team Lead to join our EDC Devices Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a passion for solving real-world problems through data. You will lead efforts to monitor device performance, analyze field data, and provide insights that enhance the reliability and efficiency of Paytm’s EDC hardware ecosystem. |
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. 1–3 years in digital acquisition, sales, or fintech roles (preferably in banking or financial services). |
| Experience | 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst / Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, payments, or technology domains. Experience in market research and product analytics is a plus. |
Skills | Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data extraction, cleaning, and transformation. Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation. Experience with Google Looker / Looker Studio or similar visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Advanced Excel and VBA skills for building management dashboards and MIS reports. Exposure to data automation projects involving integration, reporting, and visualization. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. |
