| Core Responsibilities | • Acquire and manage trade and high-value MSME customers• Handle working capital requirements for clients• Manage pre-shipment and post-shipment finance limits• Complete customer lifecycle management (acquisition, onboarding, portfolio management, activation, attrition control)• Increase trade revenue by improving wallet share• Acquire new trade and high-value liability customers• Facilitate smooth trade transactions and processing• Upsell treasury solutions like forwards and options• Provide cash management services to customers |
