Role OverviewLead the commercial sales strategy to expand Uber Eats’ restaurant network and manage a high-performing sales team responsible for acquiring SMB and Mid-Market restaurant partners.
Key Responsibilities• Develop territory sales strategies based on local market insights• Lead end-to-end acquisition of restaurant partners (qualification, pricing, negotiation, closing)• Build and execute a territory growth plan• Hire, coach, and manage a sales team of 5–7 account executives• Maintain strong sales discipline through KPIs, pipeline tracking, and forecasting• Engage directly with strategic restaurant partners to close major deals
Commercial StrategyManage acquisition volume while ensuring early merchant activation and performance on the platform
Merchant Performance ManagementEnsure new restaurant partners complete onboarding (menus, photos, devices) and generate early orders
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with operations, onboarding, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth merchant activation
Tools UsedSalesforce (pipeline management, forecasting, reporting)
Required Experience4+ years in B2B sales with full sales cycle experience
Leadership ExperienceExperience leading and scaling sales teams and managing performance
