Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new CASA customers using effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Team to design and implement sales plans.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to explore new business opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building ability with a customer-centric approach.
- Sound knowledge of banking products, especially CASA.
- Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
