Pay Scale Details
- Selected candidates will be appointed in the Non-Supervisory Cadre (Grade IV) under the IDA pay scale of ₹25,000–₹1,05,000. The starting basic pay will be ₹25,000 per month, subject to the candidate meeting the prescribed medical standards of the Corporation. Pay protection will not be provided under any circumstances.
- In addition to the basic salary, selected candidates will be eligible for benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA/Self-Lease, Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity, LTC/LFA, medical expense reimbursement, and superannuation benefits, as per CPCL rules.
