Role SummaryResponsible for leading end-to-end Human Capital Management (HCM) support for business units, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. Acts as a strategic HR advisor to business leadership.
People Leadership & Team ManagementManage and develop HCM Relationship Managers; set KRAs; ensure performance delivery; build succession pipeline; maintain engagement and compliance within team
Talent Acquisition & OnboardingEnsure 95%+ onboarding; timely hiring closures; monitor payroll inclusion & LoE accuracy (85%+); maintain <20% MPC hiring; ensure 95% compensation within benchmarks
Employee Engagement & ExperienceDrive engagement programs (YES VIBE etc.); conduct branch/office visits; act as advisor on culture and employee experience
Cost Management & EfficiencyEnsure cost-effective hiring; monitor offer deviations; optimize hiring mix, internal mobility, and redeployment
Learning & DevelopmentIdentify training needs; support L&D initiatives; coordinate with stakeholders; facilitate skill development programs
Employee Engagement (Operational)Execute engagement activities (YES Connect, YES Club); support leadership; handle employee queries; conduct skip-level meetings; analyze talent trends
Employee RelationsCommunicate policies; ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines; reduce misconduct and fraud cases
Employee Risk ManagementDrive awareness of policies and regulatory requirements; mitigate operational and compliance risks
Strategic ProjectsParticipate in HR projects; lead process improvements; drive automation and efficiency initiatives
Performance ManagementSet and monitor performance goals; support continuous learning and competency development
Compliance & AuditFollow risk policies; maintain internal controls; support departmental audits
