Primary ResponsibilitySupport PMO activities for Oracle ERP implementation programs
Project GovernanceManage project governance framework, standards, steering committee meetings, and status reviews
Project CoordinationCoordinate with functional, technical, and business teams to track deliverables
Project PlanningDevelop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, and timelines
Project TrackingMonitor progress against schedules and identify risks or delays
Workstream ManagementTrack Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, and other ERP workstreams
Risk ManagementMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and mitigation plans
Issue ManagementEscalate project blockers and track resolution activities
ReportingPrepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and KPI reports
DocumentationMaintain project plans, action trackers, change requests, governance documents, and project records
Stakeholder ManagementAct as communication bridge between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders
Change ManagementTrack scope changes, manage change requests, approvals, and communication
Critical Phase SupportCoordinate activities during testing, cutover, and go-live phases
ERP Knowledge RequiredStrong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle
Oracle ExperienceExperience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations
Business Process KnowledgeUnderstanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes
Tools RequiredMicrosoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet
