| Issue Management | Escalate project blockers and track resolution activities |
| Reporting | Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and KPI reports |
| Documentation | Maintain project plans, action trackers, change requests, governance documents, and project records |
| Stakeholder Management | Act as communication bridge between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders |
| Change Management | Track scope changes, manage change requests, approvals, and communication |
| Critical Phase Support | Coordinate activities during testing, cutover, and go-live phases |
| ERP Knowledge Required | Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle |
| Oracle Experience | Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations |
| Business Process Knowledge | Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes |
