| Key Responsibilities | • Achieve sales targets for Personal Loans and Insurance (bundled/non-bundled).• Manage all business channels.• Recruit, retain, and lead Off-Roll Sales (FOS) employees.• Maintain portfolio delinquency within limits.• Resolve customer complaints and escalations.• Monitor conversion, productivity, and data penetration metrics.• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams.• Drive field activities and lead fulfillment. |
