| Role Summary | Lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function by managing General Ledger (GL) accounting, period-end close, reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, stakeholder management, and team operations while ensuring SLA compliance and process excellence. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Manage day-to-day R2R operations • Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end & year-end financial close • Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations & reporting packs • Monitor GL accounting and period-end close activities • Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports • Review flux reports and financial statements • Implement SOX/Internal Controls • Drive process improvements and workflow automation • Maintain process documentation and governance • Coordinate internal & external audits • Train new team members • Support VP in reporting, operational excellence, client management & escalations |
