Role OverviewSupport, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday HCM solutions to meet HR and business requirements.
Incident ResolutionResolve user-reported Workday issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify root causes with senior team members.
ConfigurationAssist with configuration of Workday modules and implement system changes and updates with cross-functional teams.
Data ManagementSupport data uploads, extracts, imports, exports, validation, cleansing, and overall HR data integrity.
User Support & TrainingParticipate in user training, prepare training materials, and provide helpdesk support for Workday-related queries.
DocumentationCreate and maintain configuration guides, process manuals, technical documentation, and issue-resolution records.
Testing & ValidationAssist with testing new features, enhancements, and system upgrades and support business validation activities.
Stakeholder CollaborationWork with HR, IT, business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and testing teams.
Integration SupportAssist with development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Workday integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
Report DevelopmentCreate and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer and support standard and ad-hoc reporting.
System MaintenanceSupport routine system maintenance, monitor system performance, and help resolve technical issues.
Workflow ConfigurationAssist with configuration and maintenance of Workday business process workflows.
Security & AccessSupport role-based access control (RBAC), security audits, and compliance activities.
Technical SolutionsWork with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
HR KnowledgeBasic understanding of HR processes and practices.
Workday KnowledgeFamiliarity with Workday HCM modules is an advantage.
Analytical SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication SkillsExcellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Report WritingBasic understanding of Workday report writing and analytics is desirable.
Configuration ToolsExposure to Workday configuration tools is preferred.
SDLCFamiliarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is desirable.
Work EnvironmentAbility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and work collaboratively.
Shift RequirementCandidate should be willing to work in shifts.
Location RequirementPosition is listed as Pan India; ODC projects require working from office.
