| Role Overview | Support, maintain, configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Workday HCM solutions to meet HR and business requirements. |
| Incident Resolution | Resolve user-reported Workday issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify root causes with senior team members. |
| Configuration | Assist with configuration of Workday modules and implement system changes and updates with cross-functional teams. |
| Data Management | Support data uploads, extracts, imports, exports, validation, cleansing, and overall HR data integrity. |
| User Support & Training | Participate in user training, prepare training materials, and provide helpdesk support for Workday-related queries. |
| Documentation | Create and maintain configuration guides, process manuals, technical documentation, and issue-resolution records. |
| Testing & Validation | Assist with testing new features, enhancements, and system upgrades and support business validation activities. |
| Stakeholder Collaboration | Work with HR, IT, business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and testing teams. |
| Integration Support | Assist with development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Workday integrations with upstream and downstream systems. |
| Report Development | Create and maintain custom reports using Workday Report Writer and support standard and ad-hoc reporting. |
| System Maintenance | Support routine system maintenance, monitor system performance, and help resolve technical issues. |
| Workflow Configuration | Assist with configuration and maintenance of Workday business process workflows. |
| Security & Access | Support role-based access control (RBAC), security audits, and compliance activities. |
| Technical Solutions | Work with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. |
| Education | Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. |
| HR Knowledge | Basic understanding of HR processes and practices. |
| Workday Knowledge | Familiarity with Workday HCM modules is an advantage. |
| Analytical Skills | Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. |
| Communication Skills | Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills. |
| Report Writing | Basic understanding of Workday report writing and analytics is desirable. |
| Configuration Tools | Exposure to Workday configuration tools is preferred. |
| SDLC | Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is desirable. |
| Work Environment | Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and work collaboratively. |
| Shift Requirement | Candidate should be willing to work in shifts. |
