| Role Overview | Gather business requirements, coordinate project activities, support solution design, UAT, documentation, and stakeholder management for Capital Markets projects |
| Requirements Gathering | Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from Relationship Managers and front-office stakeholders |
| Build vs Buy Analysis | Analyze vendor products and prepare objective proposals for build/buy decisions |
| System Integration | Coordinate with technical teams to support integration between RM workstations, core banking platforms, and other systems |
| Testing & UAT | Design test scenarios, coordinate UAT activities, and ensure functional requirements are met |
| Documentation | Prepare and maintain Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications, test evidence, and governance documentation |
| Project Coordination | Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; provide updates to Project Managers and steering committees |
| Stakeholder Management | Work with Relationship Managers, front-office users, technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders |
| Reporting | Prepare committee packs, UAT plans, progress reports, and project status updates |
| Analytical Skills | Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and workflow analysis capabilities |
| Technical Tools | MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; Power BI, Alteryx, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project are advantageous |
