| Business Analysis | Gather business requirements, understand pain points, define future-state processes, and translate business needs into functional solutions |
| Documentation | Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data flows |
| Analysis | Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments for banking initiatives |
| Banking Processes | Design and review banking operational workflows, system configurations, parameters, and business rules |
| Project Management | Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, including plans, timelines, WBS, and risk logs |
