| Meetings | Handle steering meetings, phase exits and project meetings |
| Change Management | Experience with change management, communication plans, implementation and cutover plans |

| International Experience | Experience working with MNCs and international clients |
| Preferred Certifications | PMP, Agile, Scrum Master or PRINCE2 |
