| Job Purpose | Acquire new microfinance customers through village surveys and JLG formation, conduct customer verification, ensure quality sourcing, manage collections and recoveries, and maintain strong customer relationships while managing a portfolio of 450–500 customers. |
| Customer Acquisition | Conduct village surveys, identify prospects, explain MFI/JLG products, source new customers, form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs), and promote financial literacy. |
| Loan Processing | Collect customer information, verify documents, perform data entry/upload in LOS, validate applications, and follow end-to-end sourcing SOPs. |
