| Key Responsibilities | • Manage overall branch operations, profitability, and performance.• Lead field marketing and promotional activities to increase business.• Generate leads and improve business conversion through branch and field campaigns.• Acquire new customers and retain existing customers.• Perform accurate gold valuation and purity assessment as per company policy.• Act as joint custodian of the branch vault and ensure safe custody of pledged gold.• Control NPAs through timely customer follow-ups and interest collections.• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch employees.• Monitor business performance and prepare operational reports.• Drive sales of Gold Loans and third-party products such as NCDs and Gold Coins.• Ensure 100% process compliance and audit readiness at the branch. |
