Job PurposeBuild a strong and compliant sales culture to drive customer acquisition, profitability, employee development, builder relationships, and portfolio collections within the Affordable Housing business.
Sales ManagementDeploy and manage sales teams across assigned geography, explore new markets, allocate resources effectively, and achieve/exceed business targets.
Business DevelopmentMeet CAT-A builders, onboard and approve their projects with Bajaj Finance, negotiate commercial terms, and generate cost-effective business opportunities.
Channel DevelopmentDevelop sales channels, implement promotional campaigns and contests, identify new business opportunities, and recommend market strategies to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
Team LeadershipRecruit, retain, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams through goal setting, performance management, feedback, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collections ManagementManage collections for the acquired portfolio under the Sales & Collect model to maintain healthy portfolio quality.
Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with Operations, Risk, Credit, Collections, HR, Admin, and IT teams to improve business processes and profitability.
Decision MakingApprove customer cases within the defined Return on Investment (ROI) approval limits.
Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with Internal Teams, Off-roll Sales Teams, Risk, Credit, Collections, Support Functions, Customers, and DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
Financial ResponsibilityManage business portfolio ranging from ₹2–6 Crores, depending on market potential and business conditions.
Team ResponsibilityTotal Team Size: 8–12 • Direct Reports: 2–3 • Indirect Reports: 0–4 • Outsourced Employees: 0–5 • Locations Managed: 1–5 • Products: 1
