Eligibility Criteria
For Retired Bank Employees	Retired officers from any Public Sector Bank (PSB), up to the rank of Chief Manager. Retired clerks or equivalent from Bank of Baroda with JAIIB and good service record. Minimum 3 years of rural banking experience. Maximum age limit: 65 years.
For Young Candidates	Graduate with working knowledge of MS Office, email, internet, etc. Preference: M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA. Age: 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment. Maximum age limit: 65 years.
