| Role Overview | Analyse and document warehouse management processes and support SAP EWM design, transformation, testing, and business validation activities. |
| Key Responsibilities | Analyse and document current warehouse management processes. |
| SAP EWM | Support SAP EWM design discussions, fit-gap assessments, and process harmonisation. |
| Business Requirements | Capture business requirements and translate them into clear process flows and user stories. |
| Stakeholder Collaboration | Work with business stakeholders, consultants, development teams, and test management teams. |
| Testing & Validation | Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, issue resolution, and business validation activities. |
| Warehouse Management | Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, put-away, picking, packing, and overall warehouse operations. |
| Required Experience | Experience in warehouse management or SAP EWM processes. |
| SAP Exposure | Exposure to SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. |
| Documentation Skills | Ability to document business processes using flowcharts, requirements, and test scenarios. |
| Analytical Skills | Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. |
| Communication Skills | Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. |
| Ideal Candidate | A business analyst with SAP EWM/warehouse management experience who can bridge business requirements, SAP processes, development, testing, and stakeholder expectations. |
