| Role Overview | Support and lead advisory engagements across the Oil, Gas & Chemicals value chain, covering strategy, regulatory advisory, technology, and project delivery. |
| Key Responsibilities | Lead advisory engagements across the OGC value chain and support regulatory interpretation and policy advisory. |
| Project Delivery | Lead end-to-end project delivery and client engagements, including complex consulting assignments. |
| Market Analysis | Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and financial modelling. |
| Client Engagement | Drive client workshops, executive presentations, and stakeholder discussions. |
| Digital Transformation | Support digital transformation initiatives within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector. |
| Business Development | Lead business development activities, proposals, and thought-leadership initiatives. |
| Team Management | Manage, mentor, and guide consulting teams. |
| Sector Knowledge | In-depth understanding of upstream, midstream, and downstream Oil, Gas & Chemicals operations. |
| Required Experience | 5–8 years of experience in advisory or consulting roles within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector. |
| Regulatory Knowledge | Strong understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks. |
| Technical Skills | Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis. |
| Communication Skills | Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder-management, and executive-interaction skills. |
| Engagement Management | Ability to independently handle multiple consulting engagements. |
| Digital Experience | Exposure to digital transformation or digital projects is preferred. |
| Consulting Background | Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience is required. |
| Additional Preferred Experience | Experience with Indian regulatory frameworks and digital transformation initiatives. |
| Qualification | MBA from a premier institute; B.E./B.Tech is desirable. |
| Ideal Candidate | A consulting professional with strong Oil & Gas sector knowledge, regulatory understanding, strategy experience, analytical capabilities, and client-facing skills. |
