| Role Overview | Lead end-to-end SAP technical delivery across S/4HANA and ECC environments, focusing on ABAP, Fiori/UI5 and digital transformation. |
| SAP Development | Lead ABAP and Fiori/UI5 development across implementations, rollouts and AMS engagements. |
| Technical Architecture | Design scalable solutions using ABAP, CDS, OData, RAP, SAP Gateway and RICEFW objects. |
| Integration | Design integrations using OData, RFC, BAPI, IDoc and APIs; oversee cross-system integration architecture. |
| Delivery Management | Own technical delivery across onshore/offshore teams while ensuring SLA, quality and project timelines. |
| Governance | Manage technical design, SDLC governance, release management, CAB processes, risk mitigation and quality assurance. |
| Stakeholder Management | Work with business and functional stakeholders; provide status reports, governance updates and executive communication. |
| Team Leadership | Lead and mentor distributed ABAP/Fiori teams, conduct code reviews and enforce technical quality standards. |
| Support & Operations | Oversee L2/L3 support, incident/problem/change management, RCA, performance optimization and system stability. |
| Advanced SAP Technologies | SAP RAP, Fiori Elements, SAP BTP and CAP; cloud-native extensions preferred. |
