| Role Overview | Architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions with a focus on Generative AI, agent-based systems, LLM orchestration, scalability, security, and efficient AI workflows. |
| Key Responsibilities | Own end-to-end technical design and delivery of GenAI and agentic systems for internal or external applications. |
| AI Architecture | Architect multi-agent workflows using LangChain, A2A protocols, and custom orchestration frameworks. |
| Prompt Engineering | Design and optimise prompt architectures, context strategies such as MCP, and hybrid RAG pipelines. |
| Enterprise Integration | Integrate AI services with platforms such as Azure Foundry, Databricks, and core business systems. |
| Technical Leadership | Lead engineering pods, mentor engineers across levels, and drive technical alignment across product and platform teams. |
| Performance Optimisation | Improve AI system performance, latency, and accuracy through research-backed optimisation. |
| Reusable Components | Define reusable templates, shared components, and internal GenAI SDKs. |
| AI Governance | Enforce standards around ethical AI, context control, prompt security, and hallucination mitigation. |
| Required Experience | 4+ years of experience in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning, including 2+ years in technical leadership. |
| Programming Skills | Deep proficiency in Python 3. |
| AI/ML Technologies | Strong command of OpenAI, Pydantic, Transformers, FAISS, and LangChain. |
| Cloud & Deployment | Experience deploying scalable GenAI solutions using cloud-native design. |
| Cloud Skills | Strong working knowledge of Azure cloud services. |
| DevOps | Experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD best practices. |
| Vector & Prompt Optimisation | Experience with vector store optimisation, token-level control, and prompt performance management. |
| Preferred Experience | Hands-on leadership involving MCP, A2A orchestration, or custom agentic services. |
| Open Source | Contribution to open-source GenAI tooling or frameworks is preferred. |
| Observability & Compliance | Familiarity with prompt observability and compliance tooling. |
| Engineering Practices | Experience conducting code reviews, architecture walkthroughs, and internal capability-building activities. |
| Thought Leadership | Participation in brown-bags, hackathons, community talks, or similar technical initiatives. |
| Ideal Candidate | An AI/ML engineering professional with strong GenAI, Python, Azure, LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic AI, and technical leadership experience. |
