| Role Overview | Support leadership governance, executive reporting, vendor innovation, data governance, process improvement, and project delivery within the PMO function. |
| Leadership Governance | Run operating cadence for leadership forums, including agenda preparation, pre-reads, action tracking, decision logging, and follow-through. |
| Executive Reporting | Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and business narratives that convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. |
| Vendor Innovation | Support vendor innovation initiatives and ensure disciplined progress from idea to pilot, scale, or exit. |
| Data Governance | Establish repeatable reporting processes, validation controls, and single-source-of-truth reporting. |
| Process Automation | Identify manual, fragmented, or inefficient processes and develop automated or AI-enabled solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability. |
| Risk & Opportunity Management | Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities and communicate clear options and next steps. |
| Problem Solving | Adapt to new and unexplored problem areas and take ownership from problem definition through solution delivery. |
| Required Experience | 4–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or similar roles. |
| Independent Working | Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments with minimal supervision. |
| Leadership Support | Strong experience supporting senior leaders or executive-level governance and decision-making forums. |
| Analytics Certifications | Experience with data, analytics, or visualisation certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc. |
| Technical Skills | Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving. |
| Strategic Skills | Ability to connect data, business context, and strategy to drive outcomes. |
| Preferred Experience | Exposure to IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation programs. |
| Automation & AI | Hands-on experience with dashboards, workflow automation, AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting is preferred. |
| Global Collaboration | Ability to work across geographies and time zones with global stakeholders. |
| Preferred Certifications | PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar program management certifications. |
| Additional Certifications | Automation, AI, or digital transformation-related certifications are preferred. |
| Ideal Candidate | A PMO professional with 4–6 years of experience, strong analytics and reporting skills, executive stakeholder exposure, and knowledge of automation, AI, and process improvement. |
