Primary ObjectiveDesign and deliver high-quality change communication assets and digital learning experiences to support organizational transformation and technology adoption.
Change CommunicationsCreate emailers, infographic emailers, newsletters, presentations, motion graphics videos, stakeholder communication assets, and branding materials.
Digital LearningDesign e-learning visual mock-ups, Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), scenario-based learning, game-based learning modules, simulations, explainer videos, interactive PDFs, rich-media ILTs, UI mock-ups, and learning assets.
Creative DesignDevelop original graphic designs, illustrations, icons, branding elements, project logos, typography, layouts, and visual identity aligned with client brand guidelines.
Content DevelopmentDevelop persuasive content and direct creative execution to ensure consistent, targeted, and impactful communication.
UX & BrandingOwn visual branding, user experience, design standards, and creative consistency across deliverables.
Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with clients, change management teams, and project stakeholders to understand communication requirements and present creative concepts.
Design ResearchConduct design research, storyboarding, brainstorming sessions, competitive analysis, and recommend innovative branding techniques.
Learning ToolsBasic knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, SAP Enable Now
Technology KnowledgeGood understanding of technology transformation projects and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Salesforce.
