| Key Responsibilities | Conduct business requirement workshops, design solutions, prepare functional specifications, configure modules and manage implementation activities. |
| Team Management | Manage and guide functional consultants across design, build, testing and deployment phases |
| Integration & Migration | Oversee integrations, data migration and testing across Oracle modules and external systems |
| Financial Processes | Strong understanding of accounting processes, statutory reporting and IFRS/GAAP standards |
