| Role Overview | Work on Power BI data modeling, analytics architecture, scalable data models, reporting solutions, and enterprise data modernization initiatives. |
| Power BI Responsibilities | Design scalable data models, develop Power BI reports and dashboards, review existing models, and improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. |
| Data Architecture | Participate in architecture discussions and recommend best practices for Power BI and analytics solutions. |
| Business Requirements | Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements. |
| Data Modeling | Design optimized and scalable Power BI data models using dimensional modeling concepts. |

| Power BI Skills | Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI, data modeling, dashboards, and analytics. |
| DAX & Power Query | Proficiency in DAX and Power Query/M. |
| SQL & Databases | Experience with SQL and relational databases. |
| Data Warehousing | Strong understanding of data warehousing and analytics architecture. |
| Enterprise Reporting | Experience working on enterprise-scale reporting and analytics projects. |
| SAP Reporting – Preferred | Experience in reporting and analytics using SAP data, including familiarity with SAP data structures and SAP data extraction/transformation. |
| Collaboration | Ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams. |
| Soft Skills | Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. |
| Onsite Visits | Periodic onsite visits may be required, potentially once every quarter. |
| US Visa Requirement | Valid US Work Visa or Business Visa is mandatory. |
| US Travel Requirement | Must be willing and able to travel to the US and work onsite for 4–8 weeks based on project requirements. |
