| Role Overview | Lead end-to-end SAP BTP and Joule agent development, design scalable enterprise solutions, integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, and guide technical delivery. |
| Joule Agent Development | Lead development of Joule agents using Joule Studio, including custom agents, instructions, skills, actions, prompts, tools, and integrations. |
| Agent Architecture | Design scalable agents and ensure seamless integration with SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems. |
| SAP BTP Expertise | Strong experience with SAP BTP, including Fiori, CAPM, Joule, CDS, SAP HANA Cloud, and OData/REST. |
| SAP Fiori | Develop and support Fiori applications and enable navigation of Fiori applications through Joule agents. |
| CAPM | Design and develop applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM). |
| SAP HANA Cloud | Work with SAP HANA Cloud for enterprise application and data solutions. |
| OData / REST | Develop and integrate services using OData and REST APIs. |
| Custom MCP Tools | Build custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools that expose enterprise business functions to Joule agents and LLMs. |
| RAG | Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns for enterprise knowledge access. |
| Security | Implement BTP authentication, role-based access, security controls, and compliance requirements. |
| Performance & Scalability | Ensure solutions and agents meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements. |
| Monitoring & Troubleshooting | Monitor agent performance and usage analytics and troubleshoot production issues. |
| DevOps | Experience with DevOps practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. |
| Cloud Platforms | Experience with Cloud Foundry and/or Kyma. |
| Team Leadership | Mentor junior developers, lead small teams, guide technical design, and manage deliverables. |
| Stakeholder Collaboration | Work closely with architects, business stakeholders, and functional consultants. |
