| Role Overview | Support Coupa-based procurement technology projects, including business requirements, configuration, implementation, testing, client support, process improvement, documentation, training, and pre-sales activities. |
| Business Requirements | Gather and document business requirements and contribute to overall solution design. |
| Coupa Configuration | Perform Coupa configuration, implementation, and project support. |
| Procurement Expertise | Experience in Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Catalogue Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, and business performance benchmarking. |
| S2P / BSM Expertise | Strong hands-on experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Business Spend Management (BSM) system functionality and configuration. |
| Coupa Integration | Experience with Coupa integration and mapping to legacy systems is an added advantage. |
| Best Practices | Implement industry-standard best practices and ensure solutions align with Coupa standards. |
| Solution Review | Review solutions, assess feasibility and functional fitment, align customer expectations, and support timely project delivery. |
| Testing & UAT | Prepare module test cases, validate deliverables, and support client testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). |
| Issue Resolution | Coordinate with clients and support teams for issue resolution and document resolutions for internal teams. |
| Process Mapping | Work with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and perform gap analysis. |
| Process Improvement | Recommend process improvements based on application capabilities and industry best practices. |
| Technical Collaboration | Provide functional inputs to technical teams and support implementation documentation. |
| Training & Development | Contribute to training and development of the Coupa team. |
| Pre-Sales Support | Support pre-sales activities, client demonstrations, solution estimates, and related requirements. |
