Job PurposeManage commercial and contractual aspects of large infrastructure projects by ensuring contract compliance, risk management, vendor coordination, and resolution of contractual issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and archive contractual documentation; Support project contract management and alignment of contractual terms with project objectives; Facilitate change management processes; Resolve contractual issues and support contract closure; Monitor vendor/sub-contractor compliance before invoice approval; Draft contractual letters and support dispute resolution; Lead project risk assessment and mitigation; Prepare monthly contract reports; Conduct contractor progress reviews; Monitor contractor performance and develop improvement actions.
