| Primary Responsibilities | • Monitor month-end and year-end financial close processes.• Verify and approve journal entries.• Monitor and reconcile intercompany balances.• Ensure out-of-balance items remain at zero or below threshold.• Manage WHT (Withholding Tax) compliance and payments.• Clear control accounts and ensure IHC module closes without errors.• Coordinate with country teams to resolve aged balances.• Drive automation and process standardization.• Respond to internal and external finance queries.• Perform and review account reconciliations.• Delegate work effectively and approve DTP (Desktop Procedures). |
