| Role Overview | Lead Oracle ERP Fusion implementations and support activities across Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Costing, with responsibility for configuration, testing, integration, delivery, and team leadership. |
| Core Oracle Modules | Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing, PLM/Product Hub, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Costing, and Quality Management. |
| Quality Management | Experience with inspection, Non-Compliance, and CAPA processes. |
| Manufacturing Costing | Manage costing transactions covering procurement landed cost, receipt accounting, manufacturing WIP costs, inventory transaction costing, and OM-COGS recognition. |
| WIP Costing | Experience tracking raw material, labour, overhead, and other manufacturing WIP costs. |
| Costing Engines | Hands-on experience with Supply Chain Financial Orchestration (SFO) and Landed Cost Management (LCM). |
| Accounting | Experience with SLA accounting for creating General Ledger (GL) journal entries. |
| Custom Solutions | Experience managing or implementing custom costing solutions is an advantage. |
| System Configuration | Drive system configuration, testing, and support activities across manufacturing and costing modules. |
| Cross-Functional Collaboration | Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functional teams to integrate Oracle Manufacturing and Costing with other Oracle modules. |
| Process Workshops | Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and design improved manufacturing and costing workflows. |
| Project Management | Oversee project timelines, deliverables, resource allocation, scope, and deadlines. |
| Team Leadership | Mentor and guide team members while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing. |
| Training & Knowledge Transfer | Lead user training sessions, provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders, and create detailed support documentation. |
| Data Integrity & Compliance | Ensure data integrity and compliance within Oracle Fusion applications through audits and validation activities. |
| Issue Resolution | Handle escalations and troubleshoot complex Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing issues. |
| Education | Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. |
| Technical Expertise | Strong Oracle ERP Fusion expertise with deep knowledge of Manufacturing and Costing processes. |
| Ideal Candidate | An experienced Oracle ERP professional with 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and Costing experience, strong implementation expertise, cross-functional knowledge, and team-leadership capabilities. |
