| Role Overview | Act as a liaison between Technology, Product, and Operations stakeholders while leading business analysis, requirements management, functional specifications, testing, and implementation activities. |
| Stakeholder Management | Collaborate with Technology, Product Leads, Operations teams, senior business stakeholders, and end users. |
| Requirements Management | Gather requirements, define scope and priorities, analyze business needs, and manage requirement changes. |
| Documentation | Create and maintain Epics, user stories, business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and project documentation. |
| Process Design | Develop detailed AS-IS process flows and define target-state processes and solutions. |
| Functional Support | Provide functional support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements, specifications, SIT, UAT, and testing phases. |
| Development Collaboration | Work closely with development teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of functional specifications. |
| Use Cases & Sign-Off | Develop use cases and coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain sign-off on requirements, testing, and implementation. |
| Implementation & Training | Facilitate implementation of new functionality through training sessions, demonstrations, and supporting documentation. |
| Domain Expertise | Trade Finance Business Analysis with strong techno-functional knowledge. |
| Trade Finance Experience | Trade Finance domain experience is preferred. |
| BA Leadership | Lead a team of Business Analysts and drive delivery of functional solutions for business problems. |
| Solution Design | Proactively participate in design and solution architecture for target-state processes. |
| Business Requirements | Strong ability to create detailed business and functional requirements and system requirement specifications. |
| Tools | MS Excel, Jira, Mind Maps, and SQL. |
| SDLC Knowledge | Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). |
| Agile Experience | Experience working with Agile methodologies. |
| Programming Knowledge | Understanding of Java or Python is an added advantage. |
| AI Skills | Ability to leverage AI tools in business analysis and project delivery. |
| Analytical Skills | Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to synthesize large amounts of information. |
