Key Responsibilities• Develop solutions using Salesforce configuration and customization features• Conduct client workshops, demos, and requirement discussions• Design Salesforce-based solutions and architectures• Identify and manage project risks/issues• Prepare estimates, solution designs, and technical documentation• Lead client deliverables and project execution• Handle multi-member project teams• Create requirement documents, design documents, test plans, and training manuals
