Job Description:
As part of the Infosys consulting team, you will lead the engagement efforts in providing high-quality, value-driven consulting solutions to clients at various stages, from problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consulting engagements by defining, diagnosing, and designing solutions for client business problems.
- Review proposals, provide guidance, and analyze solutions to identify potential risks and issues.
- Identify and manage change requirements using structured change management approaches and multiple communication mechanisms.
- Coach and mentor teams, provide subject matter training, and motivate team members through feedback and recognition.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, ensuring high-quality consulting solutions that align with organizational processes and guidelines.
