Age Limit Details
The age limit for IOCL Executive Recruitment 2026 is as follows:
- Graduate Engineer: Maximum 26 years
- Diploma Engineer: Maximum 26 years
- Officer (Marketing): Maximum 28 years
- Officer (Law) / AQCO: Maximum 30 years
- Age will be calculated as on 1 July 2026.
- Age relaxation will be provided as per the applicable rules.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate Engineer: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical, Civil, Computer Science & IT, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
- Officer (Marketing): MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration equivalent to MBA as per AIU, with specialization in Marketing Management and 60% marks. For SC / ST / PH candidates, 55% marks are required.
- Officer (Law): Graduation in any discipline along with an LLB degree or a 5-year Integrated LLB degree, with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Assistant Quality Control Officer: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field with 60% marks. SC / ST / PH candidates require 55% marks, along with 2 years of experience.
- Diploma Engineer: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Safety, or a related engineering discipline.
